Online Classes
Once an online class has been started, no refunds will be given. If you have not started the class and would like a refund, please contact us.
If you fail the LTC course quiz, you will be given the opportunity to take it again in order to successfully complete it. 3 attempts of the LTC quiz are provided. A refund will not be issued if a passing score is not received after the 3 attempts.
Refunds will not be issued as a result of permitless carry (Texas HB 1927) passing in Texas. The Texas LTC class is still valid and the LTC is extremely beneficial to obtain.
Registration Codes
Registration codes purchased from a partner facility/instructor are not refundable through OnlineTexasLTC.com. Please contact the facility you purchased the code through.
Technical Problems
If there are technical problems that prevent you from being able to complete the online course, please contact us first. If we are not able to get the problems resolved, a refund may be given.
