License to Carry Links

Take a look at the below links and select the option you need. Options include the LTC application for new License to Carry applicants, the LTC renewal for existing permit holders, application status link, and address change or lost/stolen card links. Each of the below items is completed through the Texas Department of Public Safety Regulatory Services Division. We (onlinetexasltc.com), are not part of Texas DPS and are a private business providing the official training for the LTC.

For questions regarding your application and/or renewal through the state, please contact Texas DPS RSD at 512-424-7293. Please allow for 30-60 days for your LTC application to be processed and your LTC card to be mailed to you.
